Our one-to-one Communications Leadership sessions were originally designed for CEOs and spokespeople who needed to refine their skills.
Recently we've noticed a demand from people about to move up into new and challenging jobs.
They typically want communication strategies and skills that match their abilities and ambitions and meet the demands of their job they're about to start.
For many people the move into a new role in a new organisation offers them the opportunity to redefine who they are, how they're perceived and what their next steps may be.
If that applies to you it's worth knowing that simple but effective communications strategies can often make a big difference in how you're regarded by colleagues and superiors.
Typically we'd ask you to consider and define your own brand – the special qualities that you want to be known for.
If it is appropriate we'd define a media strategy for you and offer practical advice on increasing your public profile.
We'd address any specific issues in your communication style and possibly help script and then rehearse your first presentations in the new role. We provide professional advice on communications structure, voice, body language, and visual aids like Power Point.
We've found that two half day sessions about a week apart is the best timing for this process.
