In many cases our clients request confidentiality. We are happy to undertake reasonable non-disclosure agreements, provided they don't conflict with our codes of ethics.

Corporate Communication and Counsel will endeavour to take all reasonable steps to keep secure any information that we hold about you, and to keep this information accurate and up to date. Your information is stored on secure servers that are protected in controlled facilities. In addition our employees and data processors are obliged to respect the confidentiality of any personal information held by us. However we will not be held responsible for events rising from unauthorised access to your personal information.

We will only adopt, use or disclose a Commonwealth Government identifier if particular circumstances apply that would allow us to do so.
We will only transfer personal information overseas if we have checked that we meet the requirements of NPP 9.
